I love to add just a few simple things to this one and enjoy it either on its own or as a side salad to my butternut squash hemp soup. Sprinkle on some hemp seeds and even add some pumpkin seeds or walnuts. Drizzle on the Hemp Seed Dressing and enjoy any time of the day! This is a simple salad yet very satisfying and leaves you feeling extra healthy! There is just something about Arugula-fresh, peppery and almost meaty in a way.
